Friday 9/23

  Today we reviewed our vocabulary words and had our vocabulary quiz, which I returned in the communication books.  We also discussed adjectives and the homework for the weekend, writing a practice sentence together in class. For the homework, I will be happy to see simple sentences.  I just want to see that the students can write a sentence correctly (with correct capitalization and a period), and understand what an adjective is.   Please underline the adjective in each sentence.

This may be a challenging assignment for many of the students.  That's okay!  I want to see who can do it.
