Today we reviewed and had our test. I went over the test and tried to suggest some test taking techniques. Finally, we worked a bit in the notebook.
I also introduced my plan to have Show and Tell on every Friday and asked for volunteers for next week, presenting a favorite toy. My volunteers for next Friday are: Theresa, Yi Fan, Ethan, and Karina. I plan to give everyone a chance to present this year - I will suggest another topic next week.
For the four students who will present a show and tell for next week I included a worksheet in the communication books. I hope this will help them focus and think about what they will say about their toy. I am not giving grades for this, and if the worksheet is not useful, feel free to skip it!
